ESSEL acquires EQUUS

ESSEL has successfully completed the acquisition of the EQUUS brand - a Slovak manufacturer of special forestry tractors, which from May 2026 officially becomes part of the manufacturing program of SL SLOVAKIA, a.s. The joining of two strong Slovak brands represents an important strategic step toward further growth, technological development, and strengthening their international position.

ESSEL and EQUUS share a common philosophy - an emphasis on quality, technological know-how, and the ability to deliver products that meet the requirements of global markets. These values formed the foundation for the merger of two unique Slovak projects, which are now entering a new phase of development together.

The acquisition creates space for significant synergies in production, logistics, management, and R&D. Optimization of production capacities and the integration of development teams will accelerate innovation and increase efficiency in responding to customer needs worldwide.
